We couldn't keep the light out of the room when we wanted to sleep The room doesn't cancel the sounds from outside. Our neighbors we're playing loud music throughout most of their stay, and wouldn't turn it down, and even with the door closed we still herd it and felt the vibrations of the bass

This property is really nice, like a small village. Our room was nice and clean and the bathroom had double sinks, double showers. We did enjoy breakfast and dinner which was delicious and the pool area was nice to relax.

Beautiful place

We got a first floor room, and the people who stayed in the second floor were to nociy specially when they where walking around. We heard there steps. We asked the reception to move us to other room, they said there is no free room and they will call us when they have a valuable room. They kept saying the same thing , and after 2 days We request to talk to the manger, And only then they moved us.

The location of the swimming pool was gorgeous and the reef surprising as always

The location, the set up, the food, the bed was comfortable, room was clean, reception was attentive.

The male staff were intrusive because I was a solo traveler. One asked for my number and another asked if I want to spend the day with him on his off day. The tour organizer also asked to take me for private tours when I asked for group tours and wanted to overcharge me for this. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I made a complaint to management and at first they ignored my complaint. I was only acknowledged after complaining on booking.com. My room was also noisy because of wooden floors. I could here the people above me the whole night. I was moved to another room, which at first was not well equipped and functioning.

Hotel has a nice atmosphere. Nice location away from city chaos.

Older rooms. Renovation in progress. Staff is too much laid back. They lost my drivers license.

Very charming environment, a real oasis. Rooms are cosy, we had a gorgeous sea view.

The hotel does not have access to the beach, you have to walk some 500 m and pay for beach beds.

Some of the staff were genuinely great. The views were amazing. Food was very nice. The tuk-tuk rides were fun when available. It looks great in the pictures.

The catering staff were either either very diligent, or, lazy who are often seen taking food with their bare hands and eating in front of the guests. The facilities were good, but are now tired and most needed a bit of love and attention to bring them back to the standard that they were when they were built. The sauna was disgusting and staffed by lazy Russian women who barely spoke English and sat around outside smoking instead of cleaning the wet and filthy floors inside. The glass doors had not been cleaned between the two visits we made .... THREE DAYS APART! Half the time the concierge never answer when you phone. But most of all, the worst thing about this hotel is that the principal reason we stayed at this hotel was that it is listed as "Set right on the Almog Beach". The Almog Beach is NOT accessible by humans, the nearest beach is rubbish, and the good beaches are a 20 minute bus ride away. Very disappointing.

The Thailand desifn concept is nice; the location (out of the city center) enables a quiet and relaxing experience but for tourists it means being dependent on taxis for the 10 minutes drive to the center.

It’s a bit old (more than 25 years) and therefore not so updated or highly maintained; upon arrival (visited at the end of December) we were told to turn on the boiler for 20 minutes before each shower(!).
